The McClellan Logistics Center consists of three Class A warehouse buildings , totaling 389,029 square feet , on Winters Street and bounded by Dudley Boulevard and McClellan Park Drive . As the second new industrial warehouse project along Winters Street to be built in McClellan Park , the location is key as it further establishes the westside gateway to McClellan Park ’ s future development opportunities .
