Bryson Young Scholarship
Bryson Young was an incredibly bright star in the Greene Scholars Program from
9th grade to 12th. He graduated from Piedmont Hills High School with a 4.25
GPA. When he passed away suddenly on June 28, 2015, he was in his 4th year at
the University of California, Berkeley majoring in Spanish Language and Literature
and on the Pre-Med track. Bryson’s desire was to become a physician and work in
an underserved community. He had an infectious smile and a warm, compassionate,
humble spirit. He touched multitudes in his short time on earth.

pursue a career in STEM and exhibits character traits like Bryson Young.
