Behind the bar is Amy Milne, a lover of great food, booze
and good times! Amy has been in the event planning biz for
almost two decades and has served cocktails across the county
for groups as intimate as two to groups of over 6000. All
things weddings and events are her cocktail of choice. Since
you will often find Amy at the bar, it was only natural for her
and Bea to meet. Amy believes each sip is as important as
every detail, and each event is as unique as you are. We are
