Time Off To promote resilience, Renown offers full- and part-time employees up to 10 paid holidays and vacation time, which are combined together in an annual leave bank. Annual leave front load or accrual amounts are based on the employee’s type of position, length of service in a benefit-eligible position and full-time equivalent (FTE). The maximum amount of annual leave is two years accrual (prorated based on FTE status). Sick Leave Sick leave is accrued at the rate of 3.08 hours per 80 hour pay period. The maximum amount of sick leave you may accumulate is 480 hours (prorated based on FTE.). Sick leave may be used to care for ill immediate family members. Paid Military Leave Above and beyond what is covered by USERRA, Renown offers up to 120 hours of paid military benefit to full- and part-time employees who are active members of the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard or any reserve component of the U.S. Armed Forces. 14
