Proposed FY22 Budget and Assessments The proposed FY22 budget and assessments are available to review in the Member Portal ( www . lakelinganore . org / myaccount ).

The Finance Committee and Board of Directors are proposing a reduction of the multiplier from . 362000 to . 334000 . Property owners can view these documents and submit feedback in the portal . The files are listed as a menu item ( left sidebar ), as an " Announcement ", and within the " Documents " section . All feedback questions received by December 6 at 11:59 pm will be compiled , and answers will be available on the portal on December 7 , 2020 . The FY22 budget and assessments are anticipated to be adopted at the December 7 , 2020 , Board of Directors meeting .

COVID-19 Reminders Please follow all social distancing requirements by the state and local health department . As always , we encourage Members to take extra precautions should you and your children choose to utilize the amenities--Take maskes , hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes with you , and follow the best practices encouraged by the CDC .

The Association and staff continue to operate full time . However , to ensure the safety of Members , Contractors and Staff , Members are required to schedule an appointment prior to coming to the office . Staff remains available via phone and email during office hours . Thank you for your patience .

All amenities are open for use as of November 19 .

Call for Candidates The annual " Call for Candidates " begins in January for the upcoming Board of Directors Election . More details are forthcoming .

At Your Own Risk Please be advised all recreational activity on the Lake is “ at your own risk ”, and the Association actively discourages unsafe behavior , including recreation on the lake during winter months and jumping into the lake from the bridge , esplanade , and cliffs .

Photography on Common Property Please be advised Attendees / Participants at any Lake Linganore Association event or common area , may be asked to show their Membership ID or be photographed / video recorded . Photographs / videos taken may appear on the LLA website , in LakeTalk , on the Association ' s social media platforms , or in other official publications of LLA .
