LakeTalk Submissions
All prospective contributors must submit their content by 5 pm on the 5th of every month . Please note your submission will be printed in the subsequent issue ( i . e ., March 5th submissions will print in April ’ s
LakeTalk ). Residents , experts in their fields of business , are welcome to submit business-related articles . Articles must be strictly information and market oriented . Time and space constraints may determine the inclusion of submitted items . In high volume situations , submitted items will be honored on a “ first come , first serve ” basis . All content received after the 5th of every month cannot be guaranteed publication . Late submissions will be published as time and space permits . The LLA Office is not required to publish all submissions and may use discretion when evaluation , including editing items for print .
Trading Post submissions will be accepted through the 10th of every month and must be 50 words or less .

For facility related emergencies after hours , please call 301-293-3802 . This service is not to be used for medical or police emergencies . Call this number to report fallen trees blocking the roadway , pool related service issues , or other facility related emergencies .
LLA Amenity Patrol ( non-emergency ) 301-865-8958 * Amenity Patrol is used for LLA rules enforcement on common property . This is not a police force and is not a 24hr Service .

Please do not call LLA Amenity Patrol if you are witnessing a crime in progress . Always call 911 if you or someone else is in distress .
