Your Village Manager ( VM ) is the primary point of contact for all concerns or complaints . You can reach out to your VM if you have a question , would like to make a report , are experiencing service issues , etc .. VMs are best equipped to address your inquiries pertaining to your village and able to notify additional staff or provide resources as necessary .
