Snow Removal Reminders

Snow days are around the corner , and if 2020 has proven anything , it is to expect the unexpected ! While many of us have a love-hate relationship with winter storms , we are all part of a greater community and with that , comes snow removal duties .
All Members are responsible for removing the snow from their driveways , parking areas , sidewalks , trash containers , mailboxes , adjacent fire hydrants , and storm drains . Many of these areas need to be cleared for not only your safety , but also for the safety of others including the mail and trash workers who weather the storms to serve the community . When removing snow , please do not throw the snow back into the roadway , and please be courteous to your neighbor ' s freshly shoveled areas .
Also , it is critical for all residents and guests to be aware of the Winter Weather Plan ( WWP ) and how LLA handles snow removal . Do you know when to expect the WWP ?
