Every year , we use this book to look back and celebrate the number of accomplishments we achieved in the preceding year . But 2020 was incredibly different . Numerous team members were assigned to a variety of different roles , and many initiatives were put on hold .
So this year , we marvel not at the quantity of accomplishments in 2020 but rather their quality and the ways in which we accomplished them . Together , we found resourceful methods to stay the course , inadvertently revealing new — and in some ways improved — modes of delivering care and inspiring innovation .
