360 BLUE CLEANING STANDARDS
CALL BACK EXPECTATION/GUEST OR OWNER COMPLAINTS
Quality Assurance Inspection is not Satisfactory to 360 Blue—If a housekeeper is
contacted by the office that a guest, owner, PM or QA inspector is not happy with the
quality of clean, it’s the housekeeper’s responsibility to return and correct the issues as
soon as possible. If the crew cannot or does not correct the issue(s) within a reasonable
amount of time, the housekeeping department will send a backup crew and deduct pay
from the original crew.
GUEST & OWNER REQUESTS AND ISSUES
Guest or Owner Cleaning Complaint—Resolution of guest issues/requests is to be
completed within a timeframe determined satisfactory by the guest and/or owner. Each
guest/owner-reported issue must be responded to in person by housekeeping crew
or the team assigned to the specific home or unit.
GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES
All doors must remain shut at all times during cleans. It’s the housekeeper’s
responsibility to ensure all doors and windows are properly shut and locked before
exiting the home. If doors and/or windows are left unlocked, the housekeeper will
be charged a fee of $20 for the first incident and $20 per window and door for each
additional occurrence.
• Leave only one sleeper pack per sleeper sofa or trundle + (1) waffle blanket per
sleeper + trundle
• It is the housekeeper’s responsibility to ensure the A/C or heat is set properly—cool
at 75/heat at 65
• Wipe and dust ALL A/C return vents—report if new air filter is needed
• Clean return vents located on doors and/or windows
• Dust all ceiling fan blades
• Wipe off all baseboards
• DON’T leave trash in property when complete
• DON’T leave extra amenities at properties
• DON’T leave sand or debris on floors
• DON’T leave any hair/dirt on any bathroom surface
• DON’T leave any mold in/around showers or bathtubs—if you cannot remove it,
report it via Formstack
• DON’T leave soap scum or residue on shower doors
• DON’T leave more towels than the house requires
