INFIELD TRAINING & PROPERTY SETUP
DEPARTURE CLEAN
Reservation of unit has ended, guest/owner departed and the unit is ready to be
cleaned—the housekeeping crew or team is responsible for cleaning all Home/Unit
assignments on date of respective departure of Home/Unit. Home/Unit cleans are
to be completed by 3:00 pm of the day on departure.
OWNER TIDY CLEANS
An owner has stayed in their property and asked for a tidy clean—the use of
one of the bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, kitchen and living area would be
considered an “owner tidy clean.” If you have been requested to perform a tidy
clean and you find the house has been used more than the above rooms, notify the
office immediately via text or email. They will assess the situation and inform the
housekeeper on how to bill for the clean. Please take as many pictures as possible.
GUEST CLEAN(S)
A guest requests a property clean—Cleaning Crew/Team will provide the following
services:
FULL LINEN EXCHANGE WITH SETUP
All beds, terry and amenities are replenished/replaced. Beds are made. Unit clean
will not be provided.
MID-WEEK STAY TIDY—NO LINEN
Mop and sweep floors, clean bathrooms (no towel/amenity exchange), clean
countertops in kitchen, place dishes in dishwasher (no towel/amenity exchange),
make beds (no linen exchange) and trash removal.
**If the guest requests dishes to be washed and put away, the guest is subject
to a charge.**
