PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM GUIDANCE
In order to “COMPLETE” your assigned task and/or clean, the checklist must be
completed or the system will not recognize the task as complete.
You will not see a “COMPLETE” icon to select unless the checklist has been
completed.
After you complete your assigned clean or task, the “Finish Task” screen will come
up. This is where you will input any task-specific notes regarding cleans that you
completed, which may need to be considered in the billing process. For instance,
these notes may include a “Pet Fee” or specific notes on whether you did more
than the task called, for example: linen setup info.
Add your notes and click “Save.” Please see below:
