THIS WILL INCLUDE
• Standard Departure Cleans, Tidy Cleans, Deep Cleans, Call Backs, Guest Cleans
and any and all other scheduled cleans for the Assigned Housekeeping Crew
• Property Managers, Housekeeping Crew Leads and the Housekeeping Office
will be able to manage the day-to-day schedule in real-time
• Updates will include progress of cleaning teams, notifications when the task is
ready, and issues that may arise that can simply be adjusted

tutorial on the breezeway app
The representative webinar is geared toward actually completing a task and
using the app.
When the housekeeping crew lead signs into the app, the default page will
show today’s assignments as well as all future assignments.
As the Housekeeping Crew Lead, you have the option to view your History by
tapping on the 3 blue lines at the top left. This will give you access to “My Tasks,”
“History” and “Support.”
