PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM GUIDANCE
BREEZEWAY
It is your responsibility as a housekeeper to communicate the “Status of your
Cleans” via our platform, Breezeway. Housekeepers are required to update all
statuses by “start” clean and “complete” clean, communicating the appropriate
status promptly.
When you are hired, the Housekeeping Office will add your Housekeeping
Crew/Team to Breezeway to ensure the system recognizes you. If at any time the
system does not allow you or your team to update a status, you or your team
member must notify the housekeeping office immediately to resolve the issue.
A property should never be cleaned without status updates sent via Breezeway.
This includes ALL CLEANS (regular scheduled cleans, callbacks, daily services,
tidy cleans, etc.).
Note: payroll is based on these status updates. The following pages will provide
a tutorial on how to use the platform.
