CONSTELLATIONS

If you look closely you might see some stars make patterns in the sky . Ancient people like sailors and astronomers have named some of the constellations . The stars in constellations appear close together but mostly they are not .

Some constellations are easy to see on clear nights , yearround . Some are very hard to see . The sky beyond Earth is divided into 88 constellations , but we only pass throughout 12 . Some constellation names are Orion , Big Dipper , Small Dipper , Hercules , Ursa Major and many more . The biggest constellation is Hydra . It takes up over 1000 square degrees .
