What can you do to rank up ?
First , if you want to get a good ranking you can start by playing competitive games . Competitive games are like regular Rocket League but you can get ranked on like 1v1 ’ s and 2v2 ’ s and so on . The more you play competitive games and win you should get a better rank .
Second , if you play all three modes and get ranks on them you can go to a tournament . Tournaments are very hard 3v3 games that if you win you get a title and other stuff .
Third , there are a lot of training packs on websites for you to use for practice . You can choose what you want to work on and find codes to specific topics . Work on tricks you know to improve your game play .
There are always new skills to learn and practice .
Air Dribble This skill is one of the easiest to learn but the hardest to defend your goal with . This skill is to carry a ball on the nose tip of your car in the air . Roll slow to the wall and make sure the ball does not bounce . Hit the ball off the wall and go towards the ball . Try to get on the nose tip of the car and then dribble towards the goal
Air Roll Shots You need to know how to Air Dribble for this to be useful . Press ZL control and then the left joystick moving it left or right . This causes the car to twist while flying through the air . It is good for redirecting your air shots . You can learn more by watching higher ranked players and then practice what they did
