UPF CERTIFICATIONS
86 % of melanomas can be attributed to exposure to ultraviolet ( UV ) radiation from the sun *. Our products have been tested and certified as a PPE ( Protective Personal Equipment ) for UV protection in accordance with the standard AS / NZS 4399 : 2017 “ Sun protective clothing Evaluation and Classification ”, results achieving UPF 50 - which means our fabrics block 98 % of UVA and UVB rays .
83 % of the featured Spring 2021 product assortment is certified UPF 50 .

We are partnering with The Skin Cancer Foundation , a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower people to take a proactive approach to daily sun protection and the early detection and treatment of skin cancer .
The Skin Cancer Foundation provides a Seal of Recommendation for our biggest sun protection certified product families that meet the criteria of the Skin Cancer Photobiology Committee .
This Seal ensures that the products recommended are safe and effective at preventing skin damage that can lead to skin cancer .
The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends this fabric as an effective UV protectant only for covered areas .
