Cowboy Ciao-Down: Aug. 3
Hidden Meadow Ranch and Cowboy Ciao Restaurant are teaming up for a weekend of great food and wine. Enjoy a five course meal cooked by HMR’s and Cowboy Ciaos’s culinary teams, paired with two wines per course. It’s a food and wine friendly cowboy competition!
Long Table Guest Chef Dinner with Chef Lee Hillson: Aug. 10
Lee Hillson, Executive Sous Chef at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, will work side-by-side with Hidden Meadow Ranch’s own Chef Ben Mulé. Guests will dine alfresco at a table alongside the Meadow Pond and can expect a scrumptious and entertaining evening.
