The former Ashley Manor has been transformed; now known as Bella Rose, the popular Chandler wedding venue is under new ownership and unveiling a refreshed look. Guests came out to celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony on June 25 and enjoyed refreshments and a peek at the new space.
