Energy work and meditation or relaxation classes are offered by almost one in two spas (45%) with complementary/alternative programs. The range and mix of complementary/alternative, or mind, body and spirit programs varies by type of spa. For example, among resort/hotel spas providing such services, 87% said they offer yoga, compared with 47% of day spas.
