Arts Camps
Filmmaking Rhythm & Movement Intensive (Jazz / Hip Hop)
Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM (Full Day Session)

Working together as a production team to produce a short film,
campers will create, write, and produce original screenplays, while
experiencing production team roles, including directing, audio
engineering, and cinematography.
Intro to Dance
Session: June 10-14
Grades: Rising K - 2nd, Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Grades: Rising 2nd - 4th Monday - Friday, 1 to 4 PM

Dance your way this summer on a journey of ballet, tap, jazz and
more! In a fun, encouraging environment, we will explore elementary
technique, develop motor skills, introduce rhythmic patterns and
express emotion through movement.
Beginning Guitar
Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Session: June 10 - 14
Grades: Rising 2nd - 5th
Instructor: Ian Mullins-Zugelder, Instructor of LS STEAM Lab
Cost: Early Bird- $175; After May 31 - $200
Learn the basics of playing guitar! This camp is ideal for children who
are new to guitar — with zero to little experience. Campers will learn
parts of the guitar, notes, basic chords, and how to read a chord chart.
*Campers must bring their own guitar and pick(s).
Printmaking / Clay Intensive
Monday - Friday, 1 to 4 PM
Session: June 10-14
Grades: Rising 8th-12th
Instructor: Tara Stumpf, Lower School Visual Arts Instructor
Cost: Early Bird - $200; After May 31 - $225 ($25 supply fee)
Students will explore different mediums together in the classroom
including clay, printmaking blocks, canvas and more!
Art Studio
Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Session: June 17-21
Grade: Rising 6th-9th

Cost: Early Bird - $175; After May 31 - $200 ($25 supply fee)
Campers will make the coolest art projects to wear, use, and decorate
their favorite space! Art projects will use a variety of mediums such
as paint, textiles, clay, and more.
Special Needs Adaptive Arts/Dance
This week will focus on learning dance techniques in three of the
most energetic and upbeat genres of dance. We will learn steps and
dance combinations in the jazz, tap, and hip hop styles of dance.
Fairytale Ballet
Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Sessions: July 15 - 19
Grades: 4 years - Kindergartners (potty trained)
Instructor: Ashli Spencer, Dance Instructor

Young dancers will explore beginner ballet technique and creative
movement as they journey through beloved fairy tales and songs that
encourage love, courage, and kindness!
Preschool Art Adventure
Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Session: July 22-26
Age: 4-5 years (fully potty-trained)
Instructor: Rachel Jones, Visual Arts Instructor
Cost: Early Bird - $175; After May 31 - $200 ($10 supply fee)
Using the theme of camping (nature, animals, hiking, camp food,
bear hunts, etc.) each child will experience fun activities and art
projects. All hands-on learning will be centered around the camping
theme.
Art in a Day
Monday - Friday, 1 to 4 PM

Campers will enter the colorful world of visual arts creation through
distinct art projects in connection with the books and authors these
students love.
Ballet Contemporary
Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Session: July 22 - 26
Grades: Rising 5th - 8th
Instructor: Paige Sottek, MS Dance Company Director
Cost: Early Bird - $175; After May 31 - $200
This intensive is for any middle school student who is looking for
refine technique, further development, or just kickstart your dance
training in classical ballet and contemporary. Students will learn
proper etiquette, work barre and center combinations, and perform a
short combination in both styles.

CPA Arts believes everyone should have an opportunity to dance and
is committed to working with special needs families to ensure that
programming is accessible. This camp will provide transformative
classes such as Adaptive Dance, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy to
special needs students of all ages.
