Gen’s Black Maverick was the 2017 World Grand Champion Tennessee Walking horse
and was a 3 X World Champion Over 15.2 Stallion. His first foals began hitting the
ground in 2018 and as you see on the opposite page they are Impressive! Maverick is the
first World Grand Champion from a mare, Cash’s For Roses, that she herself was a
World Champion Two Year Old and his sire Gen’s Black Gin was a World Grand Cham-
pion Three Year Old. Mav himself was top 3 as a Two Year Old at The Celebration. We
can’t stress enough how the successful show record of a sire and his parents are indica-
tive of the show ring success of his foals at the same age. All the Maverick foals we
have seen so far are very upright, high headed, long neck and can move like you can’t
believe. A few of his weanlings have already sold for 5 figures when they were a few
weeks old. One thing that really excites us about his pedigree is his dam was one of the
best daughters of Hard Cash that has ever entered a show ring and Maverick was her on-
ly foal. Gen’s Black Maverick is a sire of the future.
