Facility Rentals & Parties

Room rentals available for all occasions. Reservations must be
made in-person and up to 90 days in advance.
We have special rates for not-for-profit groups (must present proof
of 503(c) status).
Spring Rental Fees:
Fees are hourly, minimum of 2 hours
$50 refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required
Preschool Room/Gym
$64/Resident, $84/ Non-resident
Multi Purpose Room or Jammin’ Jungle
$75/Resident, $95/Non-resident
Preschool Rooms hold a maximum of 30 people
Multi-purpose room holds a maximum of 100 people.
• Rooms are available to be rented Saturdays and Sundays*
10am-4pm. Weeknights are limited.
* Sunday rentals include additional non-refundable after hours
fee: $25/hour.
• All room rentals are based on availability.
• Room rentals include room set-up with tables and chairs.
• Parties may bring in food and entertainment, excluding
animals and DJs. (Certificate of Insurance Required)
Food and drink are not allowed in the Jammin’ Jungle.

Community Garden Beds
If you would like to harvest your own vegetables but do not have a
yard, the Park District is offering raised bed garden beds available for
rent! These 4’ x 8’ beds (or 3’ x 6’ ADA accessible beds) are located at
West Ridge Center. Assigned beds will be available for planting on
Apr 15, weather permitting. The water source/hose is adjacent to the
plots; organic gardening only - pesticides and chemical fertilizer use
is prohibited. All participants must abide by user guidelines as well as
regularly maintain their plot and supply their own planting materials/
tools. In-person registration at West Ridge Center. Limited availability.
