following are the guidelines and standards outlined by
the Unified Development Code about the operation

and advertising may be attached to or painted on vehicles.
• All vehicles used in connection with the home-based
business must be located on the premises in such a manner
that a casual observer will not be able to detect that the

than one ton are not allowed to be kept on the premises.
• Vehicles of off-site employees or permitted customers must
be parked in the driveway of the property or along the curb
immediately adjacent to the property.

the street curb is not considered outside storage.
• The home-based business shall not create traffic or parking
congestion, noise, vibration, odor, glare, fumes, or electrical
or communications interference that can be detected off
