The 2019 Professional Development Curriculum
is designed to provide additional value to your membership.
A carefully planned variety of quality instruction has been
implemented to meet the needs of all multi-family personnel.
Most courses qualify for continuing education credits (CEC’s) from the
National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI).
About Us...
SAAA is a non-profit trade organization serving 21 counties.
Currently, the Association is made up of more than 500
Owner/Management members (representing over 198,000
units) and over 360 industry related product and service
members.
SAAA prides itself in offering professional education opportu-
nities for all our members from owners to
maintenance personnel and everyone at any staff level.
Professional Development...
Typically, courses are offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays during the morning hours. Most seminars are pre-
sented in half day sessions, thus eliminating significant time
away from the workplace. Class locations will vary, please refer
to each individual registration form for specific location and
time details.
SAAA instructors are highly qualified professionals who bring
years of industry knowledge and a wealth of personal expe-
riences with them. Each incorporates a high level of creativ-
ity, enthusiasm and resourcefulness to ensure that students
receive the most from their training.
