Information
Parking
Free parking a short distance from the seating area. Handicap Parking also available.
Seating & Talking
You may not leave chairs in the seating area until after Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. For the
convenience of all, unoccupied chairs may be used by anyone until the owner returns. No coolers
permitted. Please refrain from talking in the seating area when bands are performing & deposit
trash appropriately.
Tobacco Policy
There is to be no smoking under any public shelter or in any public buildings. Inside the fenced
area around the pavilion is non smoking. Chewing tobacco is tolerated as long as you are not
spitting on the ground and it is disposed of properly. It is our goal to provide a clean, safe
environment for all. Please help us with this.
We do not allow
alcohol or drugs. Strictly enforced. Pets are not permitted in the concert area, unless certified ser-
vice animals. ATVs & golf carts are not allowed. No coolers, glass containers, high back chairs,
tents or canopies in the concert area. Absolutely no fireworks, swimming pools or speeding.
Armbands
All guests must have an armband on. These are void once removed & are non transferable. If
you find it necessary to remove for any reason, please come to the gate. We will remove it for you
and re-issue the next morning/after your shower/ upon your return whatever the case may be.
Camp Fires
All campfires must be in a fire ring. Do not put trash in your campfire. This is strictly enforced.
Firewood is available for purchase.
Pets
All pets must be on a leash and be cleaned up after. There are stations in place to help you with
this task. Please walk your dog in the least congested green areas. Picking up your dogs waste is
not a request, it is a requirement. Don't let your dog become an unwanted guest.
Emergency #’s
If you have an emergency or need assistance please call, 304-642-5486, 304-478-3515 or 911.
Need a ride?
If you need a lift, Please call or text 304-613-3930 and we will pick you up and take you anywhere
on the grounds.Tips accepted. 10 am to 10:30 p.m. Daily.
Generators
Please use caution when your generator is running, please do not store fuel nearby or allow the
exhaust to be emmitted beneath your neighbors camper. These situations can be very dangerous
Holding Tank Pumping
A1 Septic will be available Wednesday and Friday mornings for pumping between 8 - 10 am
As the honey wagon drives down your row, flag him down.The cost for this service is $30
Pickin’ in Parsons is held rain or shine- it’s recommended that you bring clothing for all seasons.
We have no official quiet time, however, we ask that you be respectful of your neighbors. The
festival grounds and camping areas become large communities of bluegrass fans. Please treat
your neighbors with courtesy and respect.
