$2.5B business, then as Vice President of Global
Technical Support, and Vice President of Global
Sales & Service, she continued to drive significant
improvement across all customer experience
metrics by acknowledging and enhancing the
value of her people.
After long work days, family time, and self-care,
Kelley always finds time to give back to a cause she
is passionate about - domestic violence assistance.

passion for helping others by leading fundraising
events and seeking solutions for victims of abuse.
As a constant self-learner, she often challenges
herself to gain a deeper understanding of
technological advancements that will deliver
the future.
To remain current and share her secrets of success,
Kelley speaks at Customer Contact Week (CCW)
events, where innovation and technology are
the main focus. She recently became a CCW
Advisory Board member in order to expand her
contributions, vast experience, and willingness to
help others.
If there is one thing Kelley would like to
encourage everyone to work on, it is personal
well-being. She is a proponent of self-care, enjoys
a healthy lifestyle, and spends quality time with
her husband and three sons whenever possible.
