Do you face any challenge on your current
position in JCI? How do you overcome it?
Balancing between family, work & JCI is a
challenge for me. It requires a lot of focus and
time management to make everything efficient.
I start to have very clear daily task management
to make sure we don’t miss out important
decisions.
