Desert Door is a craft distiller of a pre-
mium and unique Texas spirit known
as Texas sotol. Our liquor is made from
the sotol plant which we wild-harvest all
across Texas, from Driftwood to Marfa.
Sotol was the first beverage ever con-
sumed by humans in Texas 800 years
ago, and the plant has been in use for
more than 13,000 years. Our sotol is
moother than whiskey, less smokey than
mezcal, and it doesn’t burn like tequila.

Dos Armadillos Tequila is a Premium
Tequila, 100% agave; our agave is grown
in the small town of Amatitan, located in
the heart of Jalisco. This agave is special
because of the volcanic soil in the region;
resulting in abundant flora that gives
the agave its unique herbaceous scent
and flavor. Our Tequila Blanco (Silver)
rests in stainless steel for 1 month after
distillation and maintains an impressive
flavor profile, Reposado is aged for
6 months, the Añejo is aged for 18
months and the Extra Añejo is aged for
54 months. Handcrafted crystal bottle
featuring a unique artisanal medallion
in the center of the bottle and an artis-
anal braided rope around the neck. Each
bottle is truly exceptional.
