Owner, Haines Security Solutions at a school when they had securi-
ty in place.
A couple of months ago, I was
watching a news report about
a kid who was bullied, beaten
and died from injuries inflict-
ed on him by his classmates.
The principal said something
along the lines of, “I can’t under-
stand how this could happen we
have cameras and a resource offi-
cer”. My blood curdled.
A reporter was interviewing the I wanted to reach through the TV and
