company’s Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle
project and future mobility programs. As

renewable transport and autonomous vehicle
technology, Scott has engaged with many

About the Program Duration
The Swinburne Diploma of Leadership and
Management being offered in conjunction
with the Australasian Fleet Management
Association (AfMA) has been contextualised
to support and build the skills of fleet
managers and automotive industry
managers from manufacturers, fleet
management organisations and supply
chain specialists. The program focuses on
the everyday challenges and opportunities
in managing their portfolios and teams, as
well as providing effective leadership for
their organisation. The Diploma program is undertaken in 5
two day blocks of face to face workshops,
for a total of 10 days.

Tania has a background in private legal
practice, including representing plaintiffs in
motor vehicle personal injury litigation. She
is the author of the National Road Safety
Partnership Program’s publications Grey Fleet:
Legal Implications for Businesses, and Light
Vehicles –Legal Implications For Businesses.
She has published and presented widely on
the legal implications of driverless vehicles
and is a member of the Legal sub-group of the
Australian Driverless Vehicle Initiative [ADVI]’s
Policy & Risk Group.

With over two decades of commercial
fleet management and leasing experience,
previously the Executive Director for
Fleetstrategy, Executive Director for Easifleet
