FRAN DE SANARY JAMES GOODWIN
National Transport & Risk Manager
EnviroNZ Chief Executive Officer | ANCAP (The
Australasian New Car Assessment Program)
Fran has worked for over 40 years in the
Commercial Transport industry in Australia,
New Zealand, Brazil and New Guinea, and
has a proven track record of assisting large
multinationals enter new markets and
expanding their existing transport operations.
As the National Transport & Risk Manager for
EnviroNZ, Fran combines his experience with
the latest in innovative design and disruptive
technology, to help the company achieve its
competitive edge. James Goodwin is a former journalist and
news presenter with a professional career in
corporate affairs and government relations.
He has a keen interest in consumer advocacy
and education, particularly in the areas of
transport and safety. Mr Goodwin is the
Chief Executive Officer of leading vehicle
safety advocate, the Australasian New Car
Assessment Program (ANCAP). ANCAP is a
not-for-profit public company with 23 member
organisations, providing consumers with
independent advice and information on vehicle
safety through its crash test program.
GLEN TOMLINSON JASON BLOOM
General Manager | Toyota Fleet Management Regional Director for Southern Africa and
Australasia | Mobileye
Glen Tomlinson is the General Manager of
Toyota Fleet Management. Glen took on this
role in February 2019 and he brings over 25
years of industry experience to the position,
most recently as TFM’s Head of Operations.
He is responsible for the strategy, operations
and the P&L of one of the largest fleet
management organisations in Australia, with
a passion for Toyota’s Kaizen philosophy
of continuous improvement. Glen is also a
qualified Diesel Mechanic and holds Bachelor
degrees in Finance, Accounting and Law.

Grant is Head of Sales at Radaro and
committed to helping delivery and service
businesses to enable superb customer
outcomes for a greatly improved last-mile. His
focus is on enhanced ROI, accountability and
visibility over owned or contracted workforces.
Grant spends his down-time with his wife and
young family and can be seen sporting bright
yellow lycra, cycling down Beach Road .

As Regional Director, Jason focuses on the
importance of retrofitting safety to existing
vehicles in a variety of industries including
fleet, trucking, busing, mining, construction,
telecommunication, law enforcement,
logistics and government. He is responsible
for leading the company’s strategy and
develops opportunities alongside distributors
and strategic market players by engaging
commercial and governmental players, including
State Ministers of Transport, with the aim of
assisting to achieve a ‘Towards Zero’ strategy.

Jerome Carslake has been seconded to ARRB
from the National Transport Commission to
manage the implementation and delivery
of the National Road Safety Partnership
Program (NRSPP). Jerome’s origins are from
the northern wheat belt of Western Australia
and his background is in agricultural science,
project management, strategic research and
stakeholder engagement. The development
of NRSPP draws on all of these skills with the
program steadily expanding and promoting a
positive road safety culture in the workplace.
