So in a way perhaps it’s fitting that, as we culminate our journey, we truly have had to
reimagine 2020 — in ways we could never have anticipated when we set out on that
path. The coronavirus pandemic has altered our landscape and required us, in many
fundamental ways, to reinvent the ways we care.
Our team members have answered the call. We’ve risen to new challenges and
moved innovations from concept to reality in record time, ever serving as a beacon
for team member safety, for spaces of healing, and for public health. And we will
emerge stronger.

We set out on our journey to 2025 adapting to a new normal. We’ll face new
challenges, and we’ll need new approaches. Some will call for reimagination.
Some we haven’t imagined yet.
We’ll be ready for them.
