Future Focus:
• Continue to develop Leadership Team members within our organization
• Continue to build a cohesive and strong Leadership Team within our organization through
promotion and recruitment
• Support, collaborate, and continue to build the relationship with the CSEA leadership
team
• Continue to work collaboratively with the WVEA leadership team
• Continue to focus on the Parent Leadership Development Seminar and training
• Continue to explore the development of an Administrators’ Induction Academy
• Continue the Aspiring Administrators’ Academy
• Continue the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council
• Develop student leaders outside of the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council
• Continue to explore the development of a Districtwide schedule to promote collaboration
and articulation
• Continue diversity training for all employees, and increase student and parent
participation
• Expand coaching, feedback, and evaluation structure from District coaches to all
Leadership Team members
• Continue to empower teacher leaders
• Increase professional development on current practices when engaging in the disciplinary
process
• Spend time, during Principals’ Meetings, to share out on special education issues
• Continue to promote teacher collaboration time during late starts
• Provide opportunities for “Outward Mindset” training for more staff members
• Create mentorships among classified staff
• Provide leadership development opportunities in areas associated with Distance Learning
