WELCOME
The Yukon Riverside Arts Festival provides an accessible environment for
community members and visitors to interact with and celebrate the arts. The
festival welcomes artists practicing traditional and contemporary art forms and
features exhibitions, artist demonstrations, lectures, live music, art installations,
an art market, and more. We hope you will take the opportunity to participate in
multiple activities and explore your creative side.
On January 1, 2020,
KIAC will be celebrating 20 years of enriching the lives
of Yukoners and our visitors through the development and promotion of arts and culture. In the
spirit of KIAC’s grand opening event – the “Odd Ball”– held on the eve of the millennium, we will
be marking our twentieth anniversary with a New Year’s Eve “Odd Ball 2020” as the clock turns to
2020. We have a lot to celebrate.
The Klondike Institute of Arts and Culture (KIAC) is marking two decades of enriching the lives of
Yukoners and visitors through arts and culture by launching a 20/20 Celebration and Fundraising
Campaign. Aside from being a well-deserved birthday party, 20/20 also constitutes a special
fundraising campaign to help KIAC continue its mission into the decades to come.
How can I contribute?
Please contact us directly or use the secure form on our website. Don’t forget to also participate
in our 20/20 events! After 20 events in 20 months, our goal is to raise $100,000 to ensure another
20 years of community use of the KIAC facilities.
