Michele Siekerka-NJBIA
Michele N. Siekerka, Esq., President/CEO of the New Jersey Business &
Industry Association, leads the nation’s largest employers’ organization,
advocating on behalf of New Jersey’s large and small businesses for
policies that will make New Jersey more affordable and regionally
competitive. Under Siekerka’s leadership, NJBIA’s research on
outmigration documented the loss of $20.7 billion in wealth from
New Jersey over 11 years and set the agenda in Trenton for the
enactment of a series of important pro-business reforms.

Mita Mallick is a corporate change maker who believes corporations
have a responsibility to make a social impact. She is a disruptive
business leader who has brought her experience in managing P&Ls,

Linda Martin-CareOne Management, LLC
Linda Martin is a mom, lawyer, healthcare veteran and patient
advocate. She is also the Chief Compliance Officer at CareOne
Management, where she champions the compliance efforts of
this senior care company & its affiliates. A teacher at heart, and
adjunct professor of law, she enjoys seeking and sharing wisdom.

Lisë Stewart is the Founder and Director of the EisnerAmper Center
for Family Business Excellence. She is an organizational psychologist
with over 30 years of experience working with family-owned and
closely-held businesses as they plan for an effective and successful
transition from generation to generation or to new ownership.

Diane McNulty-WithumSmith+Brown
Diane McNulty specializes in providing audit services to clients with
annual revenues from $5 million to over $350 million in a variety of
industries including: Construction, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing,
Professional Services and Not-for-Profit. As Team Leader in Withum’s
Construction Services group, her industry-focused skills help her serve
all types of contractors and builders, distributors, suppliers, manufac-
turers, equipment dealers and construction service providers. Diane is a
licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey.
Gale Tenen Spak, PhD-New Jersey Institute of Technology
Dr. Gale Tenen Spak is a leader in developing training programs that
address the needs of business to keep New Jersey’s economy
growing. As NJIT’s Associate Vice President for Continuing Profession-
al Education, she continually collaborates with academe, industry
and government to design essential training programs to ensure a
skilled workforce. Her experience includes evaluating and imple-
menting programs for professionals who require new education and
training to keep their skill sets at the cutting edge.
Nadia Nedelcheva-Provident Bank
Nadia was born in Bulgaria and moved to New York in 2000.
She worked for one of the largest Austrian banks in Bulgaria and
transferred to New York. Fascinated by the complexity of the capital
markets in the United States and the breadth of products and
instruments available for any type of investor. Her path has always
been lending and that brought her to Provident Bank.
Dorinda Walker-Prudential Financial, Inc.
Dorinda Walker is an author, community advocate and award-winning
marketing executive as Vice President of Cultural Insights and Activation
at Prudential Financial, Inc. Walker has received several distinguished
honors and awards for her community and corporate service. Most
recently recognized by ONCON as a 2018 ICON for Impact in Marketing.
Clelia Pergola-NJ Elder Law Center at Goldberg Law Group
Clelia designed NJ Elder Law Center @ Goldberg Law Group,
replacing the antiquated law firm model with a streamlined,
procedures-based organization. This allows the team to work
efficiently without unnecessary distractions, fewer errors and
friendlier service. Clelia wrote a book on changing the law firm
model, “The Law Firm Revolution”.
Carlee Potochar-Mid-Atlantic Mechanical
Carlee graduated with both undergraduate (B.Arch) and graduate
degrees (MS Civil Engineering) from NJIT and has worked in the
construction field for 10+ years. As the leader of the estimating team,
she has been integral in growing the company from $15 million in
annual sales to between $40-50 million over the last eight years.
Carlee has become one of the most knowledgeable women in the
mechanical contracting industry and hopes to inspire more women
to pursue their dreams of building.
Robin Rotenberg-BASF Corporation
Robin C. Rotenberg, BASF Corporation’s Vice President, Corporate
Communications and Chief Communications Officer, leads all strategic
and tactical elements of BASF’s internal and external communications
in North America. In her current role, she is responsible for media
relations, marketing communications, advertising, executive
communications, community relations, employee communications,
trade shows and special events, and brand management.

Mary Jo White is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor and partner
of The Founders Group at Morgan Stanley. A seasoned wealth
management professional with more than 20 years of experience in

Allison Wright-Verizon & E-School for Girls, Inc.
As a strategist and advocate for female leadership and entrepreneurship
Allison founded E-School for Girls, Inc. (eschool4girls.org) to build our next
generation of female entrepreneurs. Allison has held senior roles in HR,
Talent Management and OD in Fortune 500 companies. Today she is with
Verizon in Organization Effectiveness and partners with executives to lead
complex organizational transformations. Allison believes there is no great-
