As Team Leader in Withum’s Construction Services group, her industry-focused skills help her serve all types of contractors and builders, distributors, suppliers, manufac- turers, equipment dealers and construction service providers. Diane is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey. Gale Tenen Spak, PhD-New Jersey Institute of Technology Dr. Gale Tenen Spak is a leader in developing training programs that address the needs of business to keep New Jersey’s economy growing. As NJIT’s Associate Vice President for Continuing Profession- al Education, she continually collaborates with academe, industry and government to design essential training programs to ensure a skilled workforce. Her experience includes evaluating and imple- menting programs for professionals who require new education and training to keep their skill sets at the cutting edge. Nadia Nedelcheva-Provident Bank Nadia was born in Bulgaria and moved to New York in 2000. She worked for one of the largest Austrian banks in Bulgaria and transferred to New York. Fascinated by the complexity of the capital markets in the United States and the breadth of products and instruments available for any type of investor. Her path has always been lending and that brought her to Provident Bank. Dorinda Walker-Prudential Financial, Inc. Clelia Pergola-NJ Elder Law Center at Goldberg Law Group Clelia designed NJ Elder Law Center @ Goldberg Law Group, replacing the antiquated law firm model with a streamlined, procedures-based organization. This allows the team to work efficiently without unnecessary distractions, fewer errors and friendlier service. Clelia wrote a book on changing the law firm model, “The Law Firm Revolution”. Carlee Potochar-Mid-Atlantic Mechanical Carlee graduated with both undergraduate (B.Arch) and graduate degrees (MS Civil Engineering) from NJIT and has worked in the construction field for 10+ years. As the leader of the estimating team, she has been integral in growing the company from $15 million in annual sales to between $40-50 million over the last eight years. Carlee has become one of the most knowledgeable women in the mechanical contracting industry and hopes to inspire more women to pursue their dreams of building. Robin Rotenberg-BASF Corporation Robin C.
