Staughton Hall
Lakeview Meeting Room has been
transformed and renamed Staughton
Hall. Dr. William Staughton (1770-1829)
was a remarkable leader whose career
included being the first corresponding
secretary of the American Baptist
Foreign Mission Society, formed in 1814.
Staughton Hall provides a modern
architecturally themed concert hall with
acoustical separation to Pillsbury Hall
above. It holds groups up to 500 with
stunning eye-level views to the lake. LED
lighting will save energy, while persons
with disabilities will be better served by
the elevator opening directly into the new
lobby, and ADA-compliant restrooms.
