Booking a Trip
The process of booking a trip is quite simple. Just call our offices here in Mon-
tana and speak with John Andre, owner of Shoshone Wilderness Adventures.
Assuming we have the right adventure for you (sometimes we don’t), here is
the process.
1. We take an initial deposit of $500, per person, on a credit card (VISA, Mas-
tercard, American Express). That locks in your hunting or fishing adventure.
2. Then we will send you the contract, normally within 24 hours.
3. 30 days after you receive your contract, you bring your deposit up to the re-
quired amount (usually 50 %, but occasionally less). The original $500 goes to-
wards your initial deposit requirement.
4. Balance of the trip will be due according to the policy of the outfitter we have
selected. Sometimes it is cash on arrival, and sometimes it is 30-90 days before
the hunt begins. This will all be stipulated in your contract.
5. We are here to help you in any way possible, whether it be equipment sugges-
tions, rifle and bullet selections, whatever. Our business is based on repeat clien-
tele and word of mouth advertising. Please just pick up the phone with any
