The Peruvian Horse
The Peruvian Horse is descended from the prized horses of the Conquistadors. These horses were chosen for their
easy riding lateral four-beat gait. The “paso llano” which means “smooth way of going” allows the rider to spend
many hours in the saddle without tiring. The Peruvian Horse is also prized for its good looks, long flowing mane &
tail. With its eager spirit and gentle nature, this horse is willing to work and please its rider.
