hat a fine summertime is in store
for Miniature horse fanciers! The
sun is out, the horses are (mostly)
slick and the longer days beg for more barn
time.
Even with these smallish issues, we’ve made
sure some just-for-mini-owner information
is included in every edition. Whether it’s the
woes of hyperlipidemia, DIY vaccinations,

We’ve all had friends or family who
have passed that deserve their moment
of recognition from their peers in the
Miniature horse industry. The Memorial
page will appear in every print issue and
is offered as that special place where
multiple friends and family can say a few
words and share a photo or two of that

I experienced my own “blessed event” this
spring, a beautiful, long-legged paint, colt.
Having looked at Mini foals for years, his 36
inch height a birth was a bit shocking! But
I am certainly looking forward to the cool
evenings spent watching him play and grow
even taller. And like all good “horse moms”
I must share a photo!
