Armani’s baby photos initially attracted Lynne as a potential herd sire for her breeding program because his well balanced blend of Shetland blood mixed with foundation Miniature bloodlines. However, breeder Stacy Score ideally wanted to sell Armani on a show contract. Although it may have seemed a backwards way to do things, Lynne wanted to breed Armani for a few years first, before sending him out to be shown. So she made the promise that as soon as Armani had his first foal on the ground, she would promote him by placing him on the front cover of Miniature Horse World Magazine. In spring 2018, Armani’s first foal was born, a show quality filly out of a Little Kings Black Velvet daughter. This issue’s cover is that promise fulfilled!
