Stability, flexibility and good tracking together with low ground pressure and good bearing capacity are typical characteristics for Rottne F10D Crane 20% stronger for Rottne F10 and Rottne F11 The new RK 105-crane is a genuine innovation on the crane side for the Rottne F10 and F11 forwarders. The new RK 105-crane is reinforced to give greater lifting force. The development work at New type of self- aligning bearing Stronger lifting arm New cylinder mounts Stronger mast New type of self- aligning bearing 50 International Forest Industries | JUNE / JULY 2018 the factory in Rottne has resulted in lifting torque of 105 kNm for the RK 105. This is compared to approximately 87 kNm on the earlier model. The lifting angle has also been increased by about 5°. “We worked hard to reduce the stresses in the welds and have improved the lifting force with a full 20%,” Filip Wirbladh, Designer at Rottne Industri, said. “We can now offer both these forwarders with a stronger and improved crane, which not only increases the lifting capacity but also the performance of the entire machine.” F20D – now with 27 t tractive force The Rottne F20D is a robust forwarder with a very large load capacity of a full 20 t, making it perfect for long forwarding distances. The F20D features an automatic transmission, which, along with the load capacity, means that it can manoeuvre even better than before in all types of terrain and can maintain a high driving speed even with maximum load. Wide Load XL, a variable load area with hydraulic stakes and hydraulically width adjustable headboard, gives the F20D a load area of 8.4 m 2 .
