includes slip for guests boat as well as kayak launch system (5 kayaks provided). Take a short trip across the water to nearby uninhabited islands to sunbathe on
a private beach or just explore the beauty of Bogue Sound. Four passenger golf cart provided for easy beach access (golf cart parking at ocean access). Large 33'
swimming pool with beautiful dolphin water feature. Pool deck furnished with chaise lounges and adirondack chairs. Heated pool available for an additional $600
