BRIDGE
GROUSE
MOUNTAIN
The Skyride marks the
beginning of any Grouse
Mountain experience.
Rising 1,250 metres above
Vancouver and just 15
minutes from the city’s
downtown core, is the vast
alpine playground of Grouse
Mountain. Stroll at Grouse
Mountain to explore activities
like guided bird watching
tours, Theatre in the Sky’s
“Born to Fly”, seasonal
logging shows, Peak Chairlift,
Lumberjack Show, the Eye of
the Wind, Grizzly Bear Habitat,
Skyride Surf Adventure and
much more…
Capilano Suspension
Bridge stretches 137
meters across and 70
meters above Capilano
River. It crosses to
towering evergreens,
cedar-scented rainforest
air and Treetops
Adventure, 7 suspended
footbridges offering
views 33 meters above
the forest floor. The
new Cliffwalk follows a
granite precipice along
Capilano River with a
labyrinth-like series of
narrow cantilevered
bridges, stairs and
platforms and only 16
anchor points in the cliff
supporting the structure!
FLYOVER CANADA
FlyOver Canada utilizes state-of-the-art technology to give the
feeling of flight. Hang suspended, feet dangling, before a 20-metre
spherical screen while being whisked away on an exhilarating
8-minute journey across Canada, from coast to coast.
GRANVILLE ISLAND
The Granville Island Public Market acts as a hub of
activity, but it’s also one of the city’s most important
cultural districts with theatres, artisan workshops and
craft studios. Housed indoors, there are endless rows of
stalls that feature fresh produce, gourmet foods, baked
goods, and seafood.
