ONE WOMAN’S JOURNEY
MUSIC AND IMAGE WITH CAROLINE COX
C
aroline Cox is a musician, film maker and story teller based out of a remote
homestead on the Liard River in the Northwest Territories. Join her as she
weaves a tale of music and projections about her life in the North and how
her experience lead her to create the TV series Wild Kitchen, that now airs in
Canada and the USA.
Caroline has come to Dawson City and the KIAC Artist in Residence program to
work on her original screenplay, Ash and Snow, which is a feminist western. What
better spot to look for inspiration for this gritty tale then the heart of the Klondike
Gold Rush!
Caroline’s music and video performance will be followed by a screening of one of
the episodes of Wild Kitchen.
This performance is included with your festival pass or $10 at the door.
