BATTERSEA'S REHOMING PROCESS
Our rehoming process is carefully tailored
to each applicant, so please allow plenty of
time. Our staff will always be on hand to
discuss your individual requirements and
answer any questions you may have during
the process.
Occasionally the rehoming process is
completed in one day, but you may need to
return to a Battersea centre on several
occasions before you find your perfect pet.
We ask that you put careful thought into
what will be involved in caring for a dog
and make sure that everyone in your
household is ready for the responsibility.
HOW TO REHOME A DOG
At Battersea, we make every effort to
match you with the best animal for you.
That's why we look at everything from your
living situation to your preferences.
Because getting it right leads to something
very special.
THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO REHOME
YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND
1. Register - you can register online, do this
in person at one of our centres or call 0800
001 4444
2. Match - our rehoming team will help
you find your perfect pet and introduce you
to them
3. Rehome - after a final medical check and
all the advice you could possibly need,
you'll be able to take your new friend home
with you.
