MILITARY LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP In 2016, the United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce and Whataburger established the Military Legacy Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded annually to an active duty military personnel, their spouse or dependent from the Coastal Bend region. The Military Legacy Scholarship is managed by the Coastal Bend Community Foundation and given out annually at the Chamber's Salute to the Military Luncheon.
