Young Artists
In addition to the scholarships
awarded Ranch-wide the Young
Artist Scholarship Program awards
talented
young
artists
from
regional and national partner high
schools with full scholarships to a
weeklong workshop experience
at Anderson Ranch Arts Center.
In 2018, 25 students and their
teachers participated in the Young
Artist Scholarship Program. These
scholarship students demonstrate
outstanding artistic merit and
enrich the workshop environment
for all participants, bringing fresh
perspective and new talent.
Thanks to the dedicated support
of donors, the Anderson Ranch
Scholarship Program continues
to grow and provide promising
artists with once-in-a-lifetime career
advancing opportunities.
This opportunity opened my
eyes to new possibilities in art
making! I learned all kinds of
new techniques, met interesting
people, and most of all learned
more about myself. Without the
scholarship support, I would
not have been able to enroll in
a workshop and experience all
that Anderson Ranch has to offer
- I am so thankful.
