The Alumni Association is committed to
remaining a strong and relevant resource for
its members and to advancing the work of
Polk Vision. To this end, the Alumni Steering
Committee assembled a group of 20 key
stakeholders for an afternoon of reflection and
rich conversation. The practical advice, guidance,
and insight gained from this session will guide
the Alumni Association as it moves forward in
fostering deeper relationships and higher levels
of engagement within the Association and the
broader community.

MIDDLE: In February, the Alumni Association
produced a Lunch n ’Learn event on the
topic of Addressing the Digital Divide.
Hosted by Polk State College, the event was
well attended by Alumni and members of
the community.
BOTTOM: Alumni members joined
Leadership Polk Class XI by participating in
a poverty simulation on Quality of Life Day
in April.
