Dear future me , I guess you ’ re still around , then . Congratulations ! You ’ re still going even though it might be hard . I hope that you ’ ve finally made a choice on what you ’ re going to do with life that you ’ re happy about . I know that what we want is to look forward to every day . And if you haven ’ t made that decision , I hope you are at least exploring options . Try living with mom , try living on your own , try living with a roommate , explore jobs , take internships , and take care of yourself . I bet Matilda is still around too ! I ’ m so excited to see how big she ’ s grown ! I hope we remember to train her well and make sure she keeps her title as the best pup in the whole wide world ! Remember to take her on walks and play with her , maybe a little wrestling if she gets her biting under control , but also take some time to curl up on the couch and just cuddle with her . She ’ s really smart and loving and we both know how quickly she became attached to us . She knows when we ’ re upset and when we need to chill out , so never feel bad about trading some play time for some rest time ! I hope that by the time I graduate I will be smarter , I hope that things get better in life . I want to be ready to go into a good college , and hopefully I have future plans and backup careers just in case . I hope that I do well in school and pass all my classes . I know our parents going to be proud for the accomplishment . We are for sure going to motivate Irma to finish college with a nursing degree . However it ’ s the sibling competition now since you and her at the last year of college but you know you are far ahead from her since she did not start upon finishing high school and you started upon graduation , tons of respect right there Chacorta . Time capsule ? Here goes nothing . Future Ocean , how are you feeling ? Hopefully better than what you are right now . I know it ’ s a little hard right now , but it will be okay . Just be sure and remember all the funny and happy times you had with your friends . Shirley , Angela , Rafael ( aka Refriki ), Aaron , Jared , Corby , Daniel , Kat , Klaudia , and many others . Don ’ t forget about these important people and the many memories they gave you . Like that one dog video Kat showed you . You laughed so hard you almost fell off the bed . Or that one time you all were sitting at your table during lunch . Corby and Aaron were being so funny , you all laughed for ten minutes straight . Over and over again . Well I hope that I improve my learning strategies and that I learn how to stop procrastinating . I hope that my little brother gets better with his health and epilepsy and that he is able to graduate from high school .
